Closed testing is more controlled and focused than open beta testing. With closed testing, you get targeted feedback from a specific group of testers (12 in our case) who follow your testing guidelines. Open beta is available to anyone interested and typically generates more volume but less focused feedback. Closed testing is better for identifying specific issues before public release.

All our packages include exactly 12 testers, which aligns with Google Play's recommended number for closed testing. This ensures you get diverse feedback while meeting compliance requirements. The testers are selected based on your app's target audience and testing parameters.

After 14 days, we compile all the feedback, bug reports, and testing data into a comprehensive report that you'll receive within 2 business days. The report includes prioritized recommendations for improvements. Your app will be removed from all test devices unless you choose to extend the testing period.

Yes! When you sign up for our Pro or Enterprise packages, you can specify geographic regions, device types (including specific manufacturers or screen sizes), and other demographic parameters. We'll do our best to match your requirements from our global tester network.
